(Psalm 115:16)
The Lord has given the earth to men so that He can do His work on earth through men.We are God's vessel on earth (a vessel is a container used for STORING liquids so that people can drink/enjoy the liquid in it) likewise human beigns are containers for storing liquids(liquids in this sense are the heavenly gifts/resources).
God is looking for a man(container) that has the requirements to be able to hold heavenly resources(liquids),God will not stop searching and He won't search in a hurry.There are certain requirements that a man must posses in order to be the chosen vessel,they are:
1) complete holiness
2) good heart condition(1 sam 16:7)
3) you must have divine approval and divine interruption
4) hold fast to faith and good conscience
5) you must be weaned from sin
6) you must have divine utterance(Luke 5:1-3).
Do you have these requirements? Do you not have them? Are you ready to be that God's chosen vessel? God is searching,allow Him to find these requirements in you.
